Power BI dashboards
Who it is for
Companies and teams that already have data (ERP, spreadsheets, timekeeping systems, APIs) and want to track what matters without building reports by hand every month.
What I deliver
- A clean data model, with documented DAX measures.
- Data preparation and refresh in Power Query.
- A dashboard designed for decisions: a few pages, each answering one question.
- Documentation of the calculation rules, so the numbers do not depend on me.
How I work
I start with the questions the dashboard has to answer and the data sources available. I show a first prototype early, adjust it with the people who will use it, and only then polish the design. I have built dashboards for working hours with overtime alerts, legal department KPIs fed by an API, fleet violations and PPE inventory.
Statistical analysis for academic research
Who it is for
Undergraduate, master’s and doctoral students and researchers who need to analyze the data for a thesis or dissertation, in any field.
What I deliver

- Analysis done in R or Python, with the code included.
- Tables and charts ready for the text, in the required format.

How I work
First I read your proposal and understand the goal and the hypotheses. We agree on the analysis plan before running anything. You follow every step and can ask anything you like; the research stays yours.
KPI consulting
Who it is for
Companies where each department calculates the same KPI its own way, or that track many numbers without knowing which ones actually drive decisions.
What I deliver
- KPI definitions: what to measure and why.
- A definition sheet for each KPI, with formula, source, frequency, target and owner.
- Governance rules: who can change a definition and how changes are recorded.
How I work
I talk to the people who produce the numbers and the people who use them, review what already exists and propose a lean set. At Prumo Engenharia I curated and governed KPIs across several departments; that is where the method comes from.
